MY NEW TRAILER

SPORTSMEN CLASSIC TRAVEL TRAILER

Well, girls…after much deliberation and discussion with my family, I decided to go with a new trailer, but with a Retro feel to it. In reviewing the spec on the ’69 Cardinal refurbished trailer, there was no bathroom, only an icebox, and the only bed was the convertible dinette. My daughter and I went shopping today and found this baby. She has that Retro feel, sort of like the old Tag-a-Long. But, she’s 16′ long, has a bathroom with toilet and shower, two burner cooktop, microwave, 3-way refrigerator, AC/furnace, sink, convertible dinette, bunk beds, and an awning. All for the same price as the rebuilt one! I can still decorate her and she’ll become a faux vintage trailer. Now…I need to come up with a name for her! Any ideas?

  1. I love your little camper. The description (floor plan) sounds exactly like our 16 foot. Except we dint have a front window. Ours is a 2011 Ultra Lite by Gulf Stream. My husband and I (both 71 yrs old) love it and travel as much as possible. Hope your Mr Fixit is getting well as each day goes by.
