Winding Down

All good things must come to an end, so they say. Today is the last day at the beach. I have to say, this is the perfect length of time to be on vacation. Twelve days is just about right. There’s been plenty of down time to rest as well as days packed with fun activities.

My sweet niece came from Savannah yesterday to visit me. She’s 35 and still calls me Aunt Ginny.

Today will be filled with errands and preparations for leaving tomorrow. It has been a wonderful vacation so far. My friend and I are considering going over to TN and up through the Smokies. Does anyone have any recommendations as to campgrounds, routes for the best colors where I can safely tow TOW-Wanda? Thanks in advance!

“Should you not fear me?” declares the Lord. “Should you not tremble in my presence? I made the sand a boundary for the sea, an everlasting barrier it cannot cross. The waves may roll, but they cannot prevail; they may roar, but they cannot cross it.”

Jeremiah 5:22
