Fitness Update

Beginning to see some definition in my abs. Arms are much smaller and my legs are getting toned from stairs and bike. Don’t know my weight loss at this point because I don’t have access to a scale and I’d rather compare to my scale at home anyway. Feeling SO much better after that little bout of altitude sickness. I didn’t acclimate at all once I arrived and then I exercised the first day. With that and the heat, it was a bad combo. Lesson learned!!!
