Ooooooh, these Midwestern women sure love their Bingo! I went with my Aunt Rose and my new friend, Ann, to the Bingo hall last night. What a hoot! I won $5, lost about $95…such is the nature of the gamble. That was $95 worth of fun watching my aunt smile and have a good time. It is uncanny how much Aunt Rose looks like my mom and my grandma. It’s like having a visit with them long after they’ve been gone. That being said, you wouldn’t catch my grandma DEAD playing Bingo! That there’s the work o’ the Devil himself!
