He waited, and bided his time, likely had done it before. Same happened to a successful business woman who bought our last home. She was living in a small trailer in a state park campground! Luckily for her, our home was small and in her price range. So, yes, it literally PAYS to be careful. Thanks for pointing out BACKGROUND CHECKS.
