Of course, we only wear them on the coldest winter days. Otherwise cowboy or baseball hats are worn year round.

(Pronounced with the long o sound like spooks) I’m from NH/Vt….grew up in NH but raised by folks who both grew up in Vermont, and moved to Vt in my early 20’s. I have never heard of them being called toboggans! Yes, I have a love for words as well, so this post totally intrigues me! Thanks for sharing!
