I have a husband whose health is beginning to fail. After 35 years in law enforcement and not so good luck in the gene pool, he is aging at an alarming rate. Of course, I still look 50…(in my mirror anyway).
I joined SOTF five years back when I saw the health issues coming on. I am determined to have an army of sisters when my time comes and I need them, and I am determined to be there for others when they need me. Thank you for sharing your journey.

This not sleeping you speak of….we call it sleep math…you spend the entire night calculating how much sleep you are NOT going to get! So frustrating!!! I too have Thyroid issues and as a result I don’t sleep more than about four hours a night. That makes the fear of missing morning appointments just that much more bothersome! Maybe we need to create A SOTF insomnia page!

I look forward to reading more of your blog and maybe we will meet somewhere down the road!
