At any age, we have to set priorities, we are only human. But at our age, and I’m a little older than you, priorities and asking for help are essential. You do amaze me, you tackle a whole lot. Be proud of what you can do, but slow down. It is no disgrace to admit we can’t do it all. (someone gave me that speech not to long ago.) Help . . . is what friends and family are for.
