Primer lives aside $$$$ engines. the funkier and ‘dirtier’ the better. Very popular on the West coast as an alternative to spit-shined “Trailer Queens” which are towed to events in box trailers, these guys and gals drive to Kustom shows and classic car venues and have fans especially among the millennial crowd. Different strokes for different folks!
