We had both. And they totaled it today. My persistent paid off and we got twice what they originally offered because the care really was in pristine condition. You’re right…it’s a sweet ride and I’ll miss it!

Enjoy them so much. My hubby and I have a 2002 Lincoĺn Continental, pearl white, clean, One owner, low mileage. We love ours. I was telling him about your dealing with the insurance company. May I ask if you have liability ,& collision on it. We only have liability on ours and since we are retired and on limited income, we only put liability on it. Anyway, we have State Farm. We have never had an accident. I had never heard obout disputing a claim. I hope we never need to do a claim. Any way i was just wondering if you had full coverage on it. Ps: Ours is a sort of a drive it on Sunday to church car. We have a pickup truck and a camper. I love my sweeties Truck. We ride in it everyday, but Sunday. Ok. I hope yours is back on the road soon

We had two vehicles totaled by insurance companies that we kept and had repaired. The insurance company deducted the salvage value from the check. I shopped for used parts and my husband did the labor on one. We paid a friend who was a body man to do the labor on the other. Both we’re older vehicles and worth more to us because of the condition.
