					<description><![CDATA[Ha! I planted two of those ornamental pear trees many years ago. One turned out to be fruit bearing &#038; it’s the best pears ever! They’re so sweet &#038; juicy but the last few years when the tree is loaded, the  deer must climb the tree &#038; get absolutely every last one! I planted two of these trees in our front yard...one was the ornamental but was destroyed by high winds last year. I didn’t really care about having a real pear tree in my front yard because they’re not very pretty but so be it! It’s been there about 30 years now!]]></description>
