I think if I have to boondock, I’ll look for a Cracker Barrel. Walmarts sound busy, truck stops more so…though the Cracker Barrel might not be as well lit, therefore not as ‘safe’…something to balance…

I would sleep like a baby with all the diesel engines humming around me. That’s because I come from a long line of truck drivers and my late husband was a trucker. I used to go with him sometimes and always slept soundly in the sleeper of the big truck. So I guess it’s just a matter of what you’re used to. Safe travels!
