Count to ten – then slowly exhale through your mouth. Do that 10 times. Now, just sit back and relax!?

We all need to “Press Pause” on a regular basis. So that we can renew our important relationships, God, Spouses, ourselves, and family. Those relationships are to important to put on a back burner.
