It was the day after her 91st birthday, which we went to celebrate with her. She still lived in the same house that we all grew up in, and she lived alone. We checked on her daily, but she was doing great. She apparently laid down & took a nap, and just didn’t wake up. I am still so lost without her.

I lost my Mom when she was 57 and I was 29, pregnant with my second child. It was a terrible time for me. Like you said, there is never a good time to lose them.
