Why not change the negative self chatter to something like…”There is joy in this moment.” There is joy in that sunbeam, not matter how briefly it shines. There is joy in the snow…no two snowflakes are alike. There is joy in the trees as they stretch their naked arms up into the sky, their roots settled in for a rest before they burst forth with their gift of green.” I’d like to post this on FB, as I think it’s uplifting.
