I steamed them till they were just perfect, then I sprinkled a pound of crumbled crispy bacon, a cup and a half of chopped walnuts, half a package of dried cranberries over them. Then I drizzled it with this. Mantova Balsamic Vinegar Glaze of Modena PGI, Perfect for Ice Cream, Marinades, Cocktails, Pasta Sauce, Salad Dressing, Vinaigrette, Reduction, 8.5 oz.
