For the bread, I used this recipe: https://www.marthastewart.com/1130184/tartine-country-bread For the sandwiches: I buttered on side of four slices of bread. Place two slices, buttered side down in an iron skillet. Top with shredded cheddar and 4-5 thick slices of pepperoni. Top with the second two slices, buttered side up. When the bottom side is crispy and golden, carefully turn over and grill on the other side ?]]></description>
