I was thinking about my bounties having just watched a segment on people who have to live in campers full time with their families due to increased housing costs which become unaffordable. Some landlords are cashing out by renting campers to those otherwise homeless. Our nation has been losing US, the middle class and it is showing up everywhere. I am so blessed to be among the middle income seniors and am well aware of God’s bounty in all areas of my life. Even getting divorced in my early 60’s (which changed everything) had blessings in the hardship. For a time I didn’t know if I would get through it financially, emotionally and physically. But spiritually I became even stronger. God is good. I have an amazing life now, better than when I was financially above most. That matters less.
