I refuse to watch certain things on television ,I have all ways told everyone I do not want that in my head .Now I understand it not only enters my head but also my heart which then can spew from my mouth .Thank you so much now I will be even more aware of what I let in.

Beautiful. Thank you for the reminder. I’ve been trying to limit the garbage in, and being a news junky doesn’t help, but when I have a day of quiet, it reminds me of growing up with little tv and absolutely No electronic media.
